Garbage and hearses wont spawn

What is your game version?
Xbox S series remastered

What expansions do you have installed?
Snowfall, Green Cities, Industries, Airports

What mods are you using?
none

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I place either recycling or incineration buildings only 1 or 2 garbage or recycling trucks will spawn, also when my city reaches a population above 240k people garbage trucks stop spawning. It is the same with hearses when I place either a grave yard or a cremation building only 1-2 hearse spawn (but sometimes 0 will spawn)

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I think all you have to do is load in a remastered tick every box (Unlimited money, Unlimited dirt, 25 tiles, Unlimited ore and oil, All achievements unlocked) build a small city then place the buildings down and see if it happens

This is always caused by city design issues - bad traffic, too many one way roads, narrow connections between city centres, that kind of thing. A truck spawns, cannot find a way to its desired destination in a reasonable time, so disappears.

If you post some city screenshots, including some with the traffic filter on, the gameplay experts here can probably see what is happening in your city to cause this.
