Cities Skylines no longer allows Steam controller buttons and joystick to be mapped to other functions, such as the joystick mapped to WASD in dpad, and the bumpers or triggers to be mapped to scroll up/down (zoom).
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes. Any changes to templates or layouts have no effect in game.
