yes, play game save game exit from main menu.

The crash is in your AMD video driver:

amdxx64.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module amdxx64.dll at 0033:f85bd995.

Please try this:

- uninstall it with this tool https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
- reboot
- install the latest from here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- reboot again
