Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I unsubbed from a lot of assets(and deleted) to make the game lighter but now i cant load my save and i think its because of some missing assets.
Or due to lack of memory, which is strange, since I freed up more space for the paging file, and the RAM did not change.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Every load of my save im crashing.

The game has run out of available memory, and Windows has exhausted its swap space. Please:

- expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 64gb

Optional: Increasing the paging file size on Windows computers

On computers that have 4 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 8 GB.

- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city. You have over 2,700 assets subscribed, somewhat too many for 16gb of RAM which can handle 1-2,000 at most, depending on size and complexity
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.
