Describe your issue
Endless Loading Screen

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
Some, view below in the log files (TMPE, etc.)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i start Cities: Skylines (with mods) and want to start a new City or load a save I get an infinite loading Page. Support told me to deaktivate mods ingame and in Steam Launchoptions, so i can start a new city. Now i should come here, to fix the issue with the mods.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Turn back on my mods and start/load a city

Are those all the mods you're using? None of them is problematic as far as I know.

Also, when you disabled mods to start a new city, did you disable custom assets too?

Yes i think that should be all mods. I dont know if i have assets switched of as well, I did only that what the Support Guy told me via Email, i switched of the Steam Workshop ingame and with the Steam Launch Properties. Thats all I know. Does this help you?

I understand you were able to start a new game without mods/assets just fine, the problem was when you turned them on, right?
If those are the only mods you're using, my main suspicion is that the game is running out of available memory - that is, you're subscribed to too many custom assets, more than your RAM can handle. Could you try unsubscribing from those assets you don't really use and also increase your paging file size to 64GB to see if the problem remains?

An abnormal situation has occurred: the PlayerLoop internal function has been called recursively. Please contact Customer Support with a sample project so that we can reproduce the problem and troubleshoot it.
The above appears in the output_log.txt you attached over 200 000 times. That should not be in the log and the log should not be that large. If that log is recent, then I recommend you do a clean installation of Cities: Skylines by following these steps:

- Unsubscribe all mods and assets (you can use collections or favorites to find them all again)
- Uninstall the game through Steam
- Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\
...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\
...\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)
(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

Then start the game without adding any mods, start a new game, and attach the output_log.txt from that attempt so we can see if the above error has been fixed.

I will do that as well if the reinstallation is not the soulution of my problem.

I reinstalled the complete Game, deleted all the folders, and now i have only installed necessary mods and now the Game is working again! Thank you both for your help!
