What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Campus

What mods are you using?
I'm using several unique building workshop for my Cities Skylines espescially Premier Tower - Melbourne

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I put the unique building form Premier Tower - Melbourne workshop, my Cities Skylines suddenly crash and the game quit so my progresses are not saved

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

In both error logs, you've run out of available memory. Actually, with only 4GB of RAM, your system doesn't meet the minimun requirements to run the game, let alone with workshop assets - which might be really heavy. If you can't afford to buy more RAM now, I'd advise you to unsubscribe from all mods/assets you might be using and try increasing your paging file size to 32GB. Even so I can't guarantee you'll be able to run the game for much longer - as I said, your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, and Cities: Skylines is really RAM-heavy.
