Game crash while opening up.

What is your game version?
Unknown but could be latest version since I can't access the home page.

What expansions do you have installed?
Industries

What mods are you using?
Traffic Manager, Anarchy, and Move it mod.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While trying to open the game, I got an error message starting that the game crashed. I also had to open the game differently. I had to double click the icon to open it up instead of going into Steam and opening it up there. This could be unrelated but recently, it said that my OneDrive storage is full.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I don't know if this counts, but if you close the error message and double clicking the icon again, the message pops up again.

Do you happen to have Citrix Workspace installed on your machine?

After seeing the post about it, I checked my files, I didn't find Citrix Workspace installed. I also forgot to mention that restarting the pc doesn't fix the issue

I see the game is installed on OneDrive. While that ought to work I guess, it's hardly ideal - it makes you dependent on the MS cloud sync.

That aside I see no cause of this crash there. Has the game ever worked on this machine?

The game has worked on the machine for the past month that I played on it (Started in Jan. 2023). Although I had an issue early on, I got it resolved in a rather unique way by double clicking the game icon to open it up.

Okay, so when did it first have this problem? Was there any change to Windows or the game that seemed to trigger it?

Can you try reinstalling it on C: or some other local drive?
