Game crashes and dialogue box appears

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
Parklife, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
none. all disabled

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing the game a dialogue box appears saying game crashed. Today the message was "crash report folder named 2023-01-20_184844 next to game executable.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Windows has exhausted its swap space. Please:

- expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 64gb if it's set any lower than that

Optional: Increasing the paging file size on Windows computers

On computers that have 4 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 8 GB.

- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.
