What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit

What mods are you using?
optimized outside connections, unlimited money, unlimited ore and oil, unlimited soil, unlock all.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
try to load a new game and it keeps crashing

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
open game, click play in launcher, click new game, click on a map I made, load screen pops up, loads almost all the way, then crashes.

The game has run out of available memory, and Windows has exhausted its swap space. Please:

- expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 32gb

Optional: Increasing the paging file size on Windows computers

On computers that have 4 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 8 GB.

- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.
