Game not loading at all (PS4)

What is your game version?
10.03.01.00

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?


Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Freshly downloaded the game on PlayStation 4. Nothing added but the expansions the edition came with. Tried to start a new game and the loading bar stops exactly halfway with no progress in 45 minutes.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I closed the game and tried to use the base game worlds and nothing changes. Still half way loading and it stops

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the PS4

- clear the PS4 cache and game files (save game data)

- rebuild its cache:

- install the game again
