basically nothing. a little box pops up and then disappears

The launcher never appears, then?

I'm a bit new to this PC so maybe it's user error but, every time I try to download city skylines it brings up the launcher. I accept everything and go to finish the download and it says something else is downloading which prevents the launcher...
