Game wont save. Save games wont load.

What is your game version?
Playstation 4

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark,
Snowfall,
Natural Disasters,
Mass Transit

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I get error message: "An error occured while saving the game. Please try again later"

I cant load old save files.

This started after I installed the Mass Transit DLC

Please link me to the relevant location in PlayStation 4 forums

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Quit game, power system down, restart, re-launch game, start new game, try to save. Same error message
