Describe your issue
**** HELP!!!! Major performance issues since March 22 update ****

What is your game version?
1.16.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Industries, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
Network Extension, LSM, Extended Managers, 81 Tiles, Move it, Dynamic Resolution. All mods have been updated per the spreadsheet and all broken mods have been unsubscribed. Compatibility report shows to mod compatibility issues, but the game just won't play smoothly now.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have unsubscribed all bad mods and subscribed to all compatible mods since the update. Going into the update my game ran really well. I am using a PC built in 2020 with AMD Ryzen 7 5000 with AMD Radeon graphics and 16GB of RAM. All drivers are up to date. Windows is up to date. Before the update I had all LODS turned all the way up and all levels of detail turned up to very high...ZERO ISSUES. Now with everything set back to game defaults I am struggling to run without lagging and eventually the game bogs down and the simulation freezes. Dumping mods won't work because then the simulation is unplayable. Dumping assets will do nothing because this isn't a problem around memory. This has to have something to do with the update. I am attaching another output log and report from DXDIAG. Can someone PLEASE take a second look at this and find out what I'm missing here?

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You are running your game on a laptop which only is having 16 GB RAM, which also means it is most likely sharing a GPU as well.
Your RAM is just not enough.

Try and increase your page file however this will not be a permanent solution. It might happen again.

Here is a guide on to increase your page file:

Maybe increase it up to 48000 MB.

Hello, the thing is you didn't subscribe all mods. I see you have FPS Booster which requires Patch Loader mod and I see that either you tried to subscribe it when game was running (bad idea) or was subscribed automatically(which only proves that you didn't have it).
Subscribe it again when game is closed, make sure it's enabled in Content Manager/Mods, and if popup says you need to restart game then you must restart it to apply changes. Next, in the main menu check if FPS Booster is active and running.
If you want to unsubscribe Patch Loader mod then you also have to unsubscribe FPS Booster (and Load Order mod if you also have)
