I cannot start a new game properly.

What is your game version?
1.16.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
I disabled every mods and assets on Contents Manager.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I cannot start a new game at all. Crashed.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I start a new game and it crashes all time.

59% memory in use.
32695 MB physical memory [13239 MB free].
32695 MB paging file [1 MB free].

I don't know why but it seems your system is eating up paging file size even tho you still have plenty of space in your RAM. Try increasing your paging file size to 64GB and see if the problem remains.

Optional: Increasing the paging file size on Windows computers

On computers that have 8 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 16 GB.

Thank you for giving me proper solution to me.

I think I allocated no paging file size at all long time ago.
I changed the option to allocate paging file size automatically and the game start to work well.
