Describe your issue
I have one specific game(file-1121.crp) in cityskyline that can't start and keep loading

What is your game version?
2023.1.1

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
many, but i tried disable all of them, I have many asserts too

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have one game(file-1121.crp) in cityskyline that can't start and keep loading, I tried reinstall the game, uninstall the mod and reinstall again, I also tried delete the assert I recently install, I also compared the mod with the spreadsheet, all of these ends up no luck, please help. FYI, I have my game install in D disk.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
start the 1121 file, it will keep loading there and not entering the game, i have attached the output log and the game file.

I can see you have some conflicting mods - usually mods with the same function will always be incompatible. Just keep the ones in bold:
  • Network Multitool x Parallel Road Tool
  • Prop Anarchy x Prop Snapping
Those were the ones I could spot. Read again the spreadsheet below to check all your mods - remember to check the tabs "broken" and "incompatible mods" too.

this is a file i am currently playing on. few days ago i have the issue that the file keep loading after i add some asserts. Then i tried to remove these asserts but no luck. Ends up I tried remove all asserts and mods and resubscript them, but all of these not working.
 
OK, it now loads with using recover from simulation errors in loading screen mod.

This is weird:
