I'm unable to launch the game after installing the latest DLC's
What is your game version?
1.16.1-f2-steam-win
What expansions do you have installed?
All of them and all content creator packs except Africa in Miniature
What mods are you using?
None
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since the latest update and content creator packs I'm unable to launch the game. When clicking play nothing happens. Paradox launcher does not open but is running in the background. The only way to exit it again is by ending the task in task manager. I've tried uninstalling the Paradox launcher like a million times.
Initially I was using mods, but I have unsubscribed from all. I've also added noWorkshop and disableMods to launch options.
I have checked that Windows and all my drivers are updated and that there are exceptions for Cities Skylines in both Windows Defender and my antivirus program. I don't have Citrix Workspace installed.
I have uninstalled end reinstalled the game twice and with each reinstall I deleted all folders and files related to Paradox and Cities Skylines. I have tried running Steam as administrator and launching the game directly from the cities.exe file.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
