Land and my Cities Disappear

After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Land and My Cities(including roads, buildings, props, earth, etc) disappear. And when I try to place anything including painting land, water, geography, this error
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]
Details:

appears. I think it's kind of mod collision but I could't find any cause mod. The interesting one is that this breaks out like random. For example, when I try to find out whether 81 tiles 2 mod is the cause and deactivate, everything is normal, and when I come back in same condition, again breaks out. and even not happens with 81 tiles mod. So I think this is something complicated problem. I can't play this game without mods no more. I want you to help me to solve this bug.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I make my new game or load my own city with my mods and assets. in loading screen, nothing happens. it works fine but, when complete the loading, I can see only the sky or one-colored terrain. I checked this never happens without mods and assets so this is not the game internal problem.
