Cities Skylines 1.16.1-f2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Parklife, Campus, Airports

What mods are you using?
Tree anarchy temporary fix and Moove it at the moment

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Hello firstly. I am playing on same save since 2018. After the last update when i tried to open the game, everywhere was bugged. The buildings were invisible and all districts name were stuck in same area.

After that i saw Tree Anarchy was causing the problem. I removed it and this time the save doesn’t upload. I tried Tree Anarchy Temporary Fixed then same thing happening. The save doesn't upload. I re-downloaded the game, tried to open without any mod. But still doesn’t upload.

Can someone help me please? The loading bar stops at middle. I am really sad in last days because i can’t open my save. I gave many labors and time for it

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

I see more mods being loaded there than just Tree Anarchy and Move It.
Make sure you're also using the temporary fix for Extended Managers Library, as I see it's in your output log too
