Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
"Oops the Game crashed" upon trying to load any Savegame or start a new Game. Already tried all Fixes I could find but to no avail.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Load older Saves, start new City. Both yield the same Error Notification

You've run out of available memory. If you can't afford to buy more RAM now, I'd advise you to unsubscribe from those mods/assets you don't really use - specially assets - and try increasing your paging file size to 64GB. Here's how to do it:

On computers that have 8 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 16 GB.
