Park visitors count resets after loading the game

What is your game version?
2023.1.1

What expansions do you have installed?


What mods are you using?
no mods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Any time i load any saved game after i start the game all parks reset count of visitors to 0. i tested old save files its the same

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I belive you can take any save with parks, unpause the game and see if its the same.
