Policies Tab does not open the policies options

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit

What mods are you using?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had been playing Cities: Skylines for a while, but had taken a break recently as my computer was down. When I’m back on the game, I had discovered that my “Policies” tab in the game is unable to open. Attached is the video recording of it. Will appreciate the support provided by the team.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes. It never did recover to normal

Are you sure you have no mods whatsoever in use?

Is this just happening in one particular city? Or any new one you might start as a test as well?

I have the same issue. No mods whatsoever, no assets etc.
It does not matter if I try to click on the policies button, or on a district and on that policy button.
If I start a game /either new game or load a game) the policy button doesn't work. After a couple of minutes of gameplay it does suddenly.

I tried interacting with the rest of the UI (open all of the other windows, tabs etc.) and see if that helps, but no.

I don't own all of the DLCs (yet), I guess that might be the problem.

And yes, I can reproduce this issue, each time I load my last save the policies tab does not work at the start.

Just a shot into the air.. I think someone at some point wrote that Alt-Tab out and into the game worked for them..
Not sure if will work though.. as I have not had such issue yet..

didn't this happen in last week's official livestream with Jan playing unmodded?

I've had it happen too though it seemed to fix itself later.

What helps for me is:
Save the map your playing at under a DIFFRENT name and than load this File. After that the bug is fixed for the moment.
