Prop Anarchy temporary fix
Extended Managers Library temporary fix
ACME 0.6.4(before the issue i was ussing camera utility something mod i dont remember)
Surface Painter
Loading Screen Mod Revisited 1.1
Infinite Demand
Precision Engineering
TME 11.7.4.0 STABLE (Traffic Manager: President Edition)
Harmony 2.2.2-0 (Mod Dependency)
Move It
(i was using undo it but removed it and it didn t work)
i was also using All 25 Areas purchasable

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
when i start the game it loads and then laoding screen mod throws an error:Simulation failed: EndDeserialize(PropManager) tag mismatch followed by a cs blue screen

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

At least in previous cases, this has been an issue with Prop Anarchy and EML. I would suggest you try and remove the two mods and use Prop Control instead as that mod was created as a replacement for Prop Anarchy requiring EML.
