Describe your issue
Trash Service Bug
What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3
What expansions do you have installed?
What mods are you using?
No mods installed
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My city is currently quite small (relatively speaking) with the pedestrian area unlocked. I recently updated my normal residential area to have "Heart of Korea" theme active. And soon after the rebuilding of residential buildings stopped, my trash collecting facility (I.E. Landfill) stopped working. It only send out one or two trucks as the number of trucks it send out kept flickering. Going from 0/19 to 1/19 and back.
To ensure everything was working as possible, I checked my entire city to ensure everything was properly connected. It was. Everything could be reached. And yet for some reason, the Landfill building stopped collecting trash. Causing the population to eventually leave one building at the time.
The weird thing is, is that the game could send out trucks. I watched as it would occasionally send out trucks to collect trash. But only one at the time. Keep in mind, I maximized the funds for the trash system in my city to try and remedy the situation. It did not work. Placing new landfills didn't solve it either.
I am also unwilling to start a new city as getting it off the ground can be harsh. Right now I am stuck. Nothing I see online helps. My game is not sending any logs. No crash reports. Nothing to suggesting anything is wrong. And yet it simply won't work. My drivers are up to date. In fact I recently fixed my drivers due to a blue screen from my computer. But this bug appeared before that.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
No. The only bug I could replicate was, the fact that I can't open my policy tab anymore. This isn't the first time. And every time some sort of bug occurred on my save file, the policy tab stops working. This is replicatable by simply saving after a bug occurred. Then your Policy tab simply stops working.
