Describe your issue
When I start CS, I receive a failed simulation error of EndDeserialisation(Prop Manager) error. I have unsubbed to both Extended Manager and Prop Anarchy and subbed to Prop Control and still receive the error. Output log attached

After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

If you still get this problem after removing or replacing any bad ones, attach here a new game's log file:

If that doesn't help you can also try using the Safe Mode options from Loading Screen Mod Revisited. To find the Safe Mode options:

• Open options before loading your save
• Find the Loading Screen Mod Revisited on the list on the left
• Find and enable the Safe Mode options, especially the one to recover from simulation errors
• Try loading your city

If it works, save your city as a new file and disable the Safe Mode options again the next time you restart the game.
