Textures not loading for buildings in the Snowfall DLC

What is your game version?
12.00.01.00

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
No mods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The building textures in snowfall will not load in fully. This is the console version of Cities: Skylines. They are consistent with zoned buildings and places buildings of all types. Roads, vehicles, character models and trees are unaffected.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I am unable to replicate this.

Xbox One X ...I took a look at two saves on my system and have the same graphic problems.

Seems like screwed up Snowfall maps quite a bit with the new update. Texture problems and no previews when placing down building.

Everything looks as i t should after the update yesterday. Many thanks for the quickfix.
