Corner buildings not spawning

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When spawning European high density buildings on 90° corners the game is not consistently loading the correct building models. This is on both “junction” corners and “butting” corners.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes; game fails to load corner building models more than 50% of the time.
