Game super glitchy when moving around map

What is your game version?
Xbox One Edition

What expansions do you have installed?
Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Airports

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I move around the map to build or just view the screen glitches every second. I’ve restarted the Xbox many times, as well as looking for software updates and there were none.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Is this just in one particular city you are playing, or also any new one you might start as a test?

If the latter, has it always been like this? Or used to be okay up to some point?
