Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I bought 2 add on and i installed didn't work i unistall and didn't work again need help

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Are you playing the remastered version? If so, those two are not available for it yet. You should have access to them in the regular version of the game though.
