No fires spawning

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Over a couple days of playing noticed no fires where spawning which was odd. Removed all my fire stations and still no fires. Sometimes I would see fire symbols pop up but quickly disappear. The chirper messages would say there where fires when there's been none. Cims don't care about no fire stations. If you zoom into attached photo you can see a fire simple behind the power symbol.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Known issue since the Plazas & Promenades free update in September 2022. Sadly, there is no hurry to fix the game and maybe never will be patched.

Heard it was getting fixed in the next update I've noticed in old saves fires still work as well.
