"Parallel Underground Metro Station" not working properly (X-BOX, DLC: Plazas and Promenades)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The "Parallel Underground Metro Station" offers 2 platforms for underground rails, but only one can be connected with rails. This is the case for both directions: one platform works completely right (both ends), die other one does not work on either end.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Has never been working, permanent bug.
