Stuck in loading

What is your game version?
City skylines for the Xbox one

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark,
Natural Disasters,
Mass Transit,
Green Cities,
Parklife,
Industries
What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It gets stuck loading and can't play the game. It gets to about 85 to 90% through then just stops and says loading

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
