Traffic Route View and Park Progress Issues

What expansions do you have installed?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Traffic route view does not show any en route vehicles or citizens. This is an issue for all buildings.
Also, park entertainment and visitor progress is not being maintained between saves. On a new map I started, the park does not indicate any sort of progress.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes, these issues are persistent no matter how many times I restart the game.
