When I use the explorer options I put my little man down and he crashes on the new DLC parks. I then cannot use the explorer options until I quit cities

Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor, Airports

Using the explorer option with the little man, when walking around, it crashed on the new DLC parks. I can leave but can't use explorer option after this. I thought it was dealt with, from the patch.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
This happens all the time when using the explorer options. This has never happened before until the new DLC was installed.
