World Tour DLC not showing up on Xbox

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries
What mods are you using?
Some building mods from Xbox store
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After buying £10 DLC world tour on Xbox store they do not show up within the game. I've tried restarting the game and Xbox. DLC says there are 2 new radio stations which do not show along with no extra skyscrapers.
Troubleshoot: new dlc shows as installed on right panel on main menu.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
