Steps to reproduce​

Open Steam. Launch game. Resume or Play in launcher. Chosen option does not seem to affect result. Wait for game to load. Game crashes.

Expected Result​

Load into city w/ Resume or load into main menu w/ Play

Actual Result​

Game crashes to Windows GUI of "cities.exe is not responding"
