City doesnt have any vehicles ps4

I bought The game with some DLC, when i try to build my first city and There's no vehicles at all, i try todelete the game and after i installed the game i still have the same problem

You need to build some roads, houses, and commercial districts before anyone will come.

And you do need to unpause the game too!

I understand, i use to play the game on PC and kinda know how it works, I've never had this problem in other platforms, all the roads are connected properly i believe, even if i create a city cars will not appear or go into the city, the problem is that there is no vehicle inside or outside of the city borders, not even in the highways, and same thing happens with trains

Xbox one x/PS4 Double check any one way roads. If you accidentally placed one backwards leading in or out of the city the game may not recognize that your city is there. If you post again, which system are you on ? And if you can, post a screen shot. It helps trouble shooting the problem.
