City skylines Natural disasters console

The Tornado animation in city skylines is not working right. It comes up with a tiny, faint dust cloud. Not the massive tornado animation. Even when the tornado intensity is set to 10. It dosent show the animation. Just destroys stuff, (which is good, but would like the animation). I have tried different maps, but it just dosent work. If someone could help me, that would be great.

Are you on PS4 perhaps?

There's nothing you or we here can do about it, it needs an update from Tantalus.
