City skylines won’t leave initial logo screen

When I start the game it goes to this picture. (Not this actual picture.. but the loading scree mine looks different) Normally it will make a sound and then the press any button will pop up. But it is frozen. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and no luck.. I have every expansion not sure if that’s the reason? Maybe a corrupted file . But that would still be odd as I was just playing today with no issue . I’m going to uninstall the expansions tomorrow and reinstall those to see if that does the trick

Só, I’ve uninstalled everything including the expansions and reinstalled only the main game. It’s still not moving from logo screen.

Sorry for suggesting this obvious thing, but have you tried restarting the console? Perhaps unplug it for a few minutes then plug it back in.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again

i have un installed everything ... I’m going to try and load again tonight and if that doesn’t work then I will clear cache. I’ll respond again tonight when I get home from work
