Civil War event

Does anyone know if there is an event/trigger that causes civil war ?

I cant seem to find one. Is it hardcoded based on a series of factors ?

Maybe you could just write secede_province = RO2 for Rome?

You find in http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=390896 the trigger start_civil_war for a character. Or you write, like Descartes suggested, secede_province = civil_war_faction (I think, you can use civil_war_faction instead of RO2).
