When finishing a game, it'd be great to have a speedy replay of how the territory changed hands over the years throughout the game.

In fact, I recommend this for EU3 5.2 as well.

I suppose. Now I am not entirely certain on this, but I think the save files in EU3 keeps a history log for all provinces - so you could in theory use that info. Maybe.
