Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I do not know if it's a bug or a "feature". But the Duchy of Deheubarth is independent, after April 1197 it belongs to the English crown. But now (i belive since 3.0.1.1 or 3.0.1) its independent. That means the Count of Pembroke, Sir Marshall, is also no member of the realm. Which is ridiculous. Again i dont know if it's a bug or a "feature" but England without Sir William Marshall is at least strange.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game with (for example) Pembroke or England, on the first of May 1197 A.D.
