Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you look closely, you will notice that artifacts icons have a empty space in the right, between icon and frame.

Zoom in the inventory screenshot 10 times.

Not fixed, but some icons actually are shifted by one pixel (left, so there are 1 pixel transparent line that shows the texture of the treasury on the right), and some by two (left and up, so there are 1 pixel line on the right and 1 line on the bottom).
