Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I cannot designate an heir for my Open Succession Kingdom-level titles as the Roman Empire.
* e_roman_empire has its normal succession law: Imperial Elective. That part works as expected.
* k_romagna and my other kingdoms have Enatic Open succession because I am reformed Hellenic with Enatic Clans.
* The heir to the Empire is currently listed as my heir, but is not the heir to any of my other titles.
* I cannot designate any of my character's daughters as heir for my Open succession, despite my religion being Civilized.
What I expected:
* I can designate an heir from among my character's daughters
* All of my Enatic Open titles will use the chosen heir, regardless of what titles the daughters have
* e_roman_empire uses its own succession, either ignoring my designated heir, or automatically considering them my nominee for the next empress.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
* Reform Hellenic with Civilized and a Clans doctrine.
* Become Rome
* Restore Rome to Imperial Elective succession
* Set your kingdom to Open
* Attempt to designate an heir for your kingdom.
