Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was able to form a crusader state while playing a Jewish character. There are two issues here:

1. The event gives the Crusader trait and references the Pope in its text, even though I'm neither Catholic nor Christian. This might be a duplicate of the following bug:

   Can create Crusader States as pagan

2. A separate issue is that the event picked a Shia member of my dynasty as potential head of the crusader state. Even though I was participating in a holy war against a Shia ruler. This would be wrong even if I had been playing a Christian character.
