Playing as a Muslim ruler, when you activate Agnatic-Cognatic succession, the tooltip says "religion now allows matrilineal marriages," but after activating it, matrilineal marriages are still not possible (i.e. the buttons/checkboxes that should come up to offer/request one do not) even for unlanded female relatives in the player's court.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
As a Muslim ruler, enable Agnatic-Cognatic succession after getting to the appropriate level of Tolerance tech. Choose "arrange marriage" on a female relative in your court. There is no matrilineal option.
