Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a Merchant Republic's patricians are generated, they are also given families. These families use the westerngfx portrait, even though they should use something else. (I have all portrait DLCs so the default portraits shouldn't be appearing) When checking via console, their ethnicity is listed as noculture (in screenshots below).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a merchant republic, or eradicate an existing merchant republic's dynasty so that a new family is generated.
