Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Changing parts of a religions definition by adding a new file to common/religions no longer works in the 3.0 versions. There still seems to be an effect some of the time, mainly changing religion groups, but most of the changes are ignored.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Add a file to common/religions like

christian = {
	catholic = {
		religious_clothing_head = 5
		religious_clothing_priest = 5
	}
}
