Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Unreformed Suomenusko pagans refuse to marry other (unreformed) pagans. Slavic, Romuva, Tengri, and Germanic pagans will accept marriages with each other, but Suomenusko are excluded. This happens before any pagans have reformed, so it isn't related to the Dogmatic nature, unless Suomenusko secretly start with that unreformed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
The easiest way to see this is to start as a female Suomenusko custom ruler. Look at your marriage option list and see that you only have other Suomenusko pagans (and the usual nomads). Also try arranging a marriage with one of the many unmarried pagans of other faiths in their right-click menu and see that religion is what's causing them to refuse.

Looks like they forgot to add Suomenusko in to intermarry excuses.

I see nothing in the 00_religions.txt file to indicate that this bug has been fixed. I'll continue to use my own small mod where I was able to fix this very quickly.
