Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Restriction on the candidate to not be eligible as a successor will not work.
For example, in vanilla, a character with the crusaderking-trait may still inherit, though he should be excluded (under candidiate_trigger in the succession_voting.txt) as a candidate in the tanistry succession. When modding other restrictions do not work, such as FROM = { is_close_relative = ROOT }

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Any restrictions made under candidate_trigger in the 00_succession_voting.txt does not effect succession based on tanistry (tanistry, eldership).

Reproduce ingame:
Give the hier of an tanistry succession the crusader_king trait via console and he/she will not excluded.

I meant a candidate in the elddership succession (which is based on tansitry, and has this restriction to an crusader_king/_queen)
