Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My ruler had a lover (not wife, not concubine) who was pregnant. He died and I took over as his only child (so far). My previous ruler's lover gave birth a few months later. She does not have the bastard trait at all. Neither legit or illegitimate. Just no trait.
She is, however, of her mother's dynasty.
Because she lacks the bastard trait the game is now saying that should my current 3 year old character die, this non-bastard bastard will inherit everything and that'll be game over.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a pregnant lover.
Die before the child is born.
Have your new character be childless.
